Start Your Custom Agrochemical OEM Project

This form is for brands, importers, distributors, government agencies, NGOs and commercial operators planning custom agrochemical development or volume purchasing. Share your target market, estimated quantity and launch schedule so we can assess feasible specifications, MOQ and production timing.

Step 1 of 2 — Tell Us About Your Project

Please provide the information needed to assess whether your project is a fit for custom agrochemical manufacturing. An estimated range is acceptable where final details are not yet confirmed.

Project Fit
Please enter your registered business name or trading name.
A business email helps us route your project to the appropriate team.
Please select where the finished products will be sold, not only where they will be shipped.
Pre-filled based on this page. You may change it if needed.
A range is enough at this stage. MOQ depends on formulation, label design, packaging and regulatory scope.
Choose the closest timeframe. Production timing is confirmed after specifications and approvals are complete.
This helps us recommend the right next step — from concept review to production planning.

Custom project MOQ depends on formulation platform, formulation type, label design, packaging set and regulatory requirements. Sample, pilot-order and volume-production quantities may differ. Please select the closest expected quantity range; our team will confirm the applicable MOQ after reviewing your project scope.

Factory Trust & Verification

Every claim on this site is documented: legal entity registration (Qingdao Vatrad Group Co., Ltd.), a physical 20,000 m² factory in Qingdao you can visit or audit, real engineers under NDA, downloadable QMS documents, serial-numbered test records and contractual signatures. Download the official verification guide and review the 12 questions buyers ask before ordering.

The 12 questions buyers ask before ordering

Agrospear is the product development and agrochemical manufacturing division of Agrospear, the manufacturing division of Qingdao Vatrad Group Co., Ltd.. We operate the 20,000 m² plant in Qingdao ourselves — formulation design, mixing, filling, assembly and testing all happen in one facility. There are no intermediaries: the people answering your questions are the people building your formulations.
A designated project engineer and a designated QC contact, plus the department heads who sign your documents. You can ask to speak directly with the Chief Engineer, the QA Director or the factory director — before and after ordering. No account-manager layers sit between you and the people doing the work.
Yes. We arrange factory visits at the Laixi Economic Development Zone in Qingdao and support remote audits with live video walkthroughs. Audits can be arranged independently (your own inspector or a third party such as SGS, TÜV, BV or Intertek), and the audit schedule can be written into the contract.
Yes. Our standard NDA is signed within 4 business hours of your request, before any proprietary specification, artwork or technical file is shared. Bilingual versions (English/Chinese) are available and the document is counter-signed by the factory director.
Every claim on this site has a document behind it: QMS SOPs and inspection standards are downloadable, anonymized quality-record samples are published, and test data is recorded per batch number with 5-year lot ERP traceability. You can also schedule a third-party pre-shipment inspection of your choice.
Every batch is tested before packing and lot records trace root cause by batch number. The contract defines inspection, replacement and rework obligations, and the QA Director signs off lot release. Reworked products are fully retested — never partially.
Yes — and the records prove it. Every batch undergoes stability testing and active content analysis with continuous QC logging; any batch exceeding specification limits is auto-rejected and re-inspected. Test records are linked to each batch number and part of the lot documentation.
ISO 9001:2015 quality management, ISO 14001 environmental management, GMP compliance for agrochemical production, FAO/WHO specification compliance for crop protection products, plus facility and material REACH compliance. Certificate numbers and audit records are provided on request or during an audit — the list is published, not "available only on request".
Yes. Your brand, designs and tooling are protected by NDA, brand-license terms and mould ownership or purchase clauses written into the contract. Tooling is held for the brand and is transferable. Territory and exclusivity terms are agreed in writing before production.
MOQ is project-specific and explained in our MOQ guide: 1 ton for samples, co-branding from 5 tons, pilot batches of 20–50 tons, and standard volume of 20+ tons per approved formulation (subject to active-ingredient and packaging requirements). Custom-formulation designs are produced at the volume tier. The calculation is confirmed before quoting — no vague "low MOQ" numbers.
Delivery timing is confirmed after spec, label design and packaging review — never promised up front. The contract covers scheduling, delay notification and the resolution path, and the quarterly business review tracks delivery performance against the agreed calendar.
Orders and agreements are jointly signed by the Sales VP, the Chief Engineer and the QA Director — the three people responsible respectively for commercial terms, engineering execution and quality release. You receive signed documents with the contract records.
