Agrochemical Manufacturing — From Formulation to Shipped Product

End-to-end manufacturing process: compounding, grinding, filling, labeling, quality control and export. OEM/ODM production from pilot quantities to container-scale volumes.

Straight answer

Agrospear manufactures agrochemical products end-to-end in Qingdao, China: compounding and high-shear mixing, sand milling and grinding, automatic filling, multi-language labeling, 14-day stability QC and export packing. OEM/ODM production from 5-ton pilot batches to 20+ ton standard volumes, shipped to 50+ countries in 25–35 days from confirmed PO.

  • Every agrochemical product manufactured at Agrospear follows a defined production workflow — from raw material receiving through compounding, formulation processing, filling, labeling, quality testing and export packing. Each stage includes mandatory QC checkpoints with pass/fail criteria documented in our ERP system.
  • Our 20,000 m² facility houses dedicated workshops for each production stage, staffed by 200+ workers across two shifts. The integrated approach means every batch is produced, tested and shipped by one team under one quality system.

Production Stages

The Agrochemical Manufacturing Process

Six production stages with QC checkpoints at every step. No shortcuts, no skipped inspections.

  1. 01

    Compounding & Premixing

Computer-optimized batching calculates precise raw material quantities. High-shear mixers blend active ingredients with dispersants, emulsifiers and carriers. Automatic weighing systems maintain ±0.1% accuracy.

  2. 02

    Grinding & Milling

Sand mills and bead mills reduce particle size to specification — D50 1–5 μm for SC, D50 20–40 μm for WDG. Spray dryers and fluid bed granulators produce WP and WDG granules.

  3. 03

    Filling & Sealing

Automatic filling machines handle drums (20–200 L), jerry cans and bottles (100–1000 mL). Each batch follows a 100-point filling checklist signed off by the team lead.

  4. 04

    Labeling & Decoration

Automatic labeling machines apply multi-language GHS-compliant labels. Inkjet coders print batch and date coding for full traceability.

  5. 05

    Quality Control & Stability Testing

Every batch undergoes 14-day stability testing at 54°C per CIPAC MT 46, active content verification by HPLC/GC, suspensibility and emulsion stability checks. Independent quality lab reports to management.

  6. 06

    Packing & Shipping

Export-grade packing, compliance documentation and ocean freight coordination to 50+ countries. FOB Qingdao, CIF or DDP terms available.

FAQ

Agrochemical Manufacturing — Frequently Asked Questions

What formulation types can Agrospear manufacture?+

We manufacture SC, EC, WP, WDG, SL, ME, CS and FS formulations. Each type has dedicated production equipment and QC protocols. Formulation choice depends on active ingredient properties, target application method and regional registration preferences.

Pilot batches start at 5 tons on existing platforms. Standard volume production runs 20+ tons per batch. Sample batches of 1–4 tons are available for registration trials and product evaluation.

Standard production lead time is 25–35 days from confirmed PO and deposit. Custom formulation development adds 15–20 days. Prototype samples ship in 7–14 days.

Yes. 100% of production batches undergo stability testing at 54°C for 14 days, active content verification by HPLC/GC, and full specification checks before release. Our quality lab operates independently from production.
