Who We Are
Agrospear is the agrochemical-focused OEM/ODM division of Qingdao Vatrad Group Co., Ltd., a 20,000 m² agrochemical formulation and crop protection plant in Qingdao, China (Economic Development Zone, Laixi, Qingdao, China 266600). These Terms govern your use of agrospear.com and any quotation, sample or production agreement entered with us. By using the site or submitting an inquiry, you accept these Terms.
Quotations & Orders
Quotations are prepared per project and are not binding until confirmed by a written purchase order or signed agreement. The purchase order locks the specification, quantity, price, delivery terms and lead time; any change after order confirmation is handled through our documented change control and may affect price or schedule.
Samples
Sample development is quoted per project, considering formulation type, active ingredient concentration, label design, packaging scope and regulatory requirements. Sample fees and any credit toward production are stated in the quotation. The approved physical sample, together with the technical specification, label proof and bill of materials, serves as the acceptance baseline for production.
Production & Quality
Minimum order quantities are confirmed per project and depend on formulation type, label design, packaging and regulatory scope. Production is inspected against the approved sample, technical specification and customer-approved BOM under our documented quality system. Third-party inspection (e.g. SGS, TÜV, BV, Intertek) is available on request. Non-conforming items are quarantined, reworked only under approved instructions and re-inspected before release.
Payment
Payment terms are stated in the quotation and typically follow T/T: a deposit with the purchase order and the balance before shipment or against shipping documents. Payment methods and schedules are confirmed in writing per agreement.
Delivery & Shipping
Standard delivery is FOB Qingdao; CIF or DDP may be agreed per order. Lead time is confirmed per purchase order (bulk production typically 25–35 days from confirmed PO and deposit, samples 7–14 days). Freight, insurance and import formalities follow the agreed Incoterms.
Intellectual Property
Your artwork, designs and product concepts remain your property. We keep them confidential under NDA and use them solely to manufacture your order. Tooling produced for your project is retained for your program and is not reused for other clients. We do not sell to end consumers and do not compete with our clients in any market.
Warranty
Products are covered by our warranty policy for manufacturing defects as described on our Warranty page. The warranty covers formulation and workmanship defects under normal, intended use; it does not cover misuse, unauthorised modification or damage in transport arranged by the buyer. Warranty claims are assessed against the production batch and inspection records of the affected order.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the value of the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit or business interruption, arising from delays, packaging discrepancies or any other cause outside our documented commitments.
Governing Law
These Terms and any agreement between you and Qingdao Vatrad Group Co., Ltd. are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are submitted to the courts of the location of our registered entity in China.
