How do I schedule a factory audit?+

Contact your project manager or our sales team to schedule a visit. We typically require 5–10 business days advance notice for in-person visits. Remote video walkthroughs can be arranged with shorter lead time. Audit schedules can be written into the manufacturing contract.

In-person factory visits at our Qingdao facility, remote live video walkthroughs via video call, and third-party inspections by SGS, TÜV, BV or Intertek. We also support document-based audits for clients unable to visit in person.

ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certificates, BSCI report, ICAMA registration records, production capacity data, organizational chart, quality system SOPs and representative batch records. All documentation is prepared in advance of the audit date.

Yes. We welcome independent auditors and consultants designated by the buyer. Full access to production areas, quality records and documentation is provided. We only request advance notice of the audit scope and schedule to prepare the relevant documentation and personnel.
