Compounding & High-Shear Mixing
Dedicated compounding workshop with high-shear mixers and premixing tanks. High-shear mixers blend active ingredients with dispersants, emulsifiers and carriers; sand mills produce uniform particle size distributions for SC and WDG formulations.

Formulation Grinding & Sand Milling
Sand mills and bead mills achieve target particle size distributions (D50 1–5 μm for SC, D50 20–40 μm for WDG). Spray dryers and fluid bed granulators produce WP and WDG granules.

Filling & Sealing
Automatic filling machines handle drums, jerry cans and bottles. Each batch follows a 100-point filling checklist signed off by the team lead.

Labeling & Decoration
Automatic labeling machines for multi-language GHS-compliant labels. Inkjet coders for batch and date coding with full traceability.
