Integrate biopesticide-active ingredients with conventional chemistry for combination products that are both high-performing and sustainable.
Analytical Capabilities: Equip the lab with HPLC and GC for active ingredient quantification, laser diffraction particle size analyzers for formulation optimization, and climate-controlled stability chambers (accelerated and long-term) for shelf-life validation. Every batch is verified against stringent quality benchmarks before pilot production.
Manufacturing Processes: Scale formulations from bench-top through pilot production lines to full commercial runs. Introduce automated filling and packaging lines to enhance production efficiency and batch consistency across SC, WDG, and FS product lines.
