Agrospear's primary manufacturing facility in Qingdao has strengthened its environmental management systems, confirming the site's commitment to sustainable agrochemical production.
The program follows an ongoing implementation period during which the facility upgraded waste treatment systems for pesticide production effluents, reduced water consumption through closed-loop process water recycling, and transitioned to energy-efficient mixing and milling equipment. Progress is tracked through internal audits under the site's quality management system (ISO 9001), with environmental certificates and audit reports shared with partners under NDA on request.
The program covers the full production cycle from active ingredient receiving through finished product packaging. Key improvements include solvent recovery systems in the EC formulation process, wastewater treatment upgrades for SC production lines, and reuse of process water in the WDG granulation line.
Agrospear products manufactured at the facility include the complete agrochemical formulation lines — SC, WDG, FS, and EC products — serving crop protection partners worldwide.
