Quality Control & Testing — 7-Stage QC Framework

Our 7-stage quality control framework ensures every batch meets specification — 100% batch analysis, CIPAC stability testing and controlled document traceability.

Straight answer

Our quality control system operates a 7-stage inspection framework: raw material verification, in-process monitoring, active content assay, physical property testing, pre-shipment inspection, batch documentation and controlled release. 100% batch analysis with CIPAC stability and specification testing. Non-conformance = quarantine and disposition. Third-party inspection (SGS, TÜV, BV, Intertek) available on request.

Specifications verified: 2026-08
  • Quality is not an afterthought at Agrospear — it is built into every stage of production. Our 7-stage inspection framework ensures that every batch meets specification before it leaves the factory, with full traceability from raw material to finished product.
  • We operate 100% batch analysis with CIPAC stability testing, controlled document management and mandatory quality holds. Non-conforming products are quarantined, investigated and dispositioned — never shipped.

FAQ

Quality Control — Frequently Asked Questions

What does the 7-stage QC framework cover?+

Raw material verification (purity and identity), in-process monitoring (weight, temperature, mixing time), active content assay (HPLC/GC), physical property testing (suspensibility, pH, viscosity), pre-shipment inspection (visual, labeling, packaging), batch documentation (CoA, CoO, stability report) and controlled release (QA sign-off before shipment).

Yes — 100% of production batches undergo active content analysis, physical property testing and 54°C/14-day accelerated stability testing. No batch ships without a completed certificate of analysis signed by the QA Director.

Non-conforming batches are immediately quarantined. The QC team investigates the root cause, documents the findings and determines disposition: rework (under controlled procedure and with re-inspection) or rejection. Reworked batches are fully re-analyzed — never partially.

Yes. We support pre-shipment, during-production and container-loading inspections by SGS, TÜV, BV or Intertek. Inspection schedules can be written into the contract and we provide full access to production records, QC data and batch documentation for the inspector.
